Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

If you are within 30-days of when the paddle arrived at your door, please submit a claim through RALLYTITAN.COM/PAGES/CONTACT for a return authorization.

Abuse: Paddles that show signs of abuse are not eligible for a return/exchange.


Standard Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. So, if you placed your order on Thursday, we usually will ship on Friday, but occasionally will not be able to ship out your order until Monday. This processing time does not include transit time which varies based on the shipping method you choose. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
